    Hello there,
    I just got a EyeX and my computer finds the device easily enough but it is stuck in initializing.
    My USBs are 3.0 and the drivers are the newest ones I’ve been able to locate.
    At this point I don’t know what to try..
    I have an Asus N56DP with windows 8.1 and AMD Chipset.
    I have tried reading through similar posts, but with no luck so far..

    Could you please follow my advice from this thread: http://developer.tobii.com/community/forums/topic/calibration-issueno-detection/

    If the changes on the USB Hub don’t work out for you either, please also contact our support including the log file.

    Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately it didn’t do the trick for me, so I have contacted support 🙂
