No gaze detected in 01_GazePointData help

Hi, I bought a tobii eye trakcer5 device days ago, and i could use normally with tobii experience on windows platform. After i downloaded tobii-unity-sdk 4.0.5 unitypackage and ran the gaze point data-example 01, it says “sorry, no gaze detected”, anybody can solve this?
