Tagged: usb3 amd
Hi, I’ve just purchased the EyeX Controller, and I have problems connecting with my laptop. It’s an AMD E1-6010, with a AMD USB 3.0 Host Controller PCI-ID 1022:7814.
I’ve updated manually the drivers, included in Catalyst 15.7.1, to version 1.1.0.185, but didn’t solve the problem.
Whe I connect the EyeX controller, the engine says “Eye tracker connected” – Initializing, and get stuck continuosly popping the message.
How can I solve? Thanks
I solved the problem!
I only had to upgrade my system to Windows 8.1, and now in control panel it shows a Microsoft (X)HCI Driver.
It works perfectly, without installing any additional driver!
I hope this solution can be useful for other people too.
