ParticipantHello everyone!
I’m having trouble with Tobii Eyetracker 4C, it stop working after reboot the system and I must uninstall and install the Core in order to make it work again.
The Core version is 2.13.3.74 (x86) (the onegiven by default in the download section of tobii page)
Operative System is Windows 10 – 1803 – Compilation 17134.345 (x64)Does any one have a clue about how to fix this ?

KeymasterHi @lauralaureus, sorry to hear about your troubles.
This can sometimes be caused by the tobii service not properly starting..please check that the Tobii Service can be set to automatic delay if services do not start up on own.
From the start menu, goto Run, then “services.msc” and ensure the following option is selected
Services> Tobii > Properties > Start up type> Automatic Delay > Recovery > 1st failure > Restart the service
Kindly try this out and let me know how you get on.
