Receiving gaze data is getting slower with the time

Hi dear all,

I’m currently doing my master project with the Tobii Eyetracker 4C, already got the license. But I found that my python script is getting slower over time, i.e., receiving gaze data is slower and slower with the time. I tried even the simple example from your web page, the same thing happened. Anyone had the same issue before? Any helps appreciated!

Hi @agnes-hsq, thanks for getting in touch. As the Python API is part of the Tobii Pro SDK, it may be worth asking the Tobii Pro Support team directly about this issue @ http://www.tobiipro.com/contact/contact-support/

As you have purchased the special licence, you should be entitled to deal with the team there directly. Please however do let us know how you get on here for the benefit of any other users 🙂
