i uninstalled tobii communicator and associated files from the i series. i installed eyex to use my own custom communication software. it doesn’t not pick up a tracker when i enter the configuration. i didn’t uninstall the control center
this needs to be solved quickly as i use it for communication
Whilst we generally do not recommend that you mix up Tobii Dynavox and Tobii Tech products in this fashion, still the setup you have described should be possible. Please ensure the I-series is running the latest IS20 Firmware, kill all Tobii communicator processes (if any) and of course ensure that the USB 3.0 port is being used.
