    I am running the sample application “WinFormsSample” from the GazeSDK DotNetApi. It shows message “No eye tracker could be found”. Any idea what causes it?

    Hi yazhang,
    if you’re using a REX tracker then this could be due to missing device drivers. Or to a known problem when downgrading to firmware 1.0.5.

    The device drivers can be found on the downloads page. If you have the downgrade problem, then please contact support.
