Star Craft 2 Tobii Integration free to use?

Hi there,

I saw this awesome video about Eye Tracking in StarCraft2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSo8fbZfHLk

Can I download this Integration somewhere? Or can you give me some Tips or Resources to write my own integration. I like to evaluate the possible benefits of EyeTracking in RTS-Games for gamers.

Oh and do you have a StarCraft 2 Team 😉 ?

I forwarded your questions to one of our game developers here at tobii and this is his answer:

Hello Rameos!
That integration system is currently under further development, and we are planning to release a product possibly later this year related to it.
If you are interested in trying it out, we might be able to set you up in one of our alpha/beta-programs if you would like.

Regarding SC2-teams, we have a few enthusiasts (me included) that play regularly (all the way from gold to master level), but we unfortunately do not have a full team that could compete in tournaments like AHGL, although if we could, that would be awesome 🙂

Oh that is very nice! I’m looking forward to test your product (Maybe together in a epic team-battle with my colleages 😉 ).
Did you evaluate your prototype one time before? What was the result for the gameplay and the metric for your evaluation?
