How to use Tobii eye tracker in a web application. The web page has instructions scrolling down on by one on one side and we want to verify that the user has looked at each instruction and how long.

Please be aware that the use of Tobii Tech Consumer eye trackers (4C, EyeX) expressly prohibits the long term storage of gaze data for analysis as outlined @ https://analyticaluse.tobii.com/
However, you can purchase an analytical licence which would in turn allow you to use Tobii Pro software that provides out of the box solutions for web page user tracking. You can read further information about Tobii Pro Solution for web-based eye tracking @

I would suggest this is the easiest solution for your needs as currently there is not an SDK architecture which would easily interface with a web browser.
However, if you could please kindly confirm which Tobii hardware, software and current licence agreements you currently are working with, I would be happy to try and find you the best setup as per your requirements.
