I am using the Tobii Eyex eye tracking for a class project and we would like to collect eye tracking data by giving the users pictures to look at and analyzing the gaze data and comparing the data to the users preferred picture. How can I do this using the Eyex eye tracker? I’ve done it on older models but I am unfamiliar with the Eyex System
Hi,
Check the user terms and conditions, I believe you are not allowed to persistently store gaze data.
cheers,
Francisco
Hi Jeremy (@remo3310),
I can confirm the input from the other user that within the Tobii EyeX SDK we do not allow for the persistent storing of gaze data.
For these purposes (eg scientific research) we have the Tobii Pro range of eye trackers.
