    Hey Tobii-Team,

    I switched from my old streaming PC to the new one , details follow. After the first calibration (tested on 2.6.0 and 2.6.1) the eyetracker loses the connection and the 3 red lights go dark. Sometimes it reconnects and immediately disconnects after finding the connection. It’s plugged into a USB 3.0 port. The energy options of my PC are on high performance. De/reactivation of the device did not work. I’m out of options .

    Windows 10 x64
    Board: ASUS Z9PE-D8 WS
    PSU: 800 watt

    I hope you have more option up your sleeve!

    Problem “solved”, it’s and ASMedia USB 3.0. I guess I have to buy a PCIe 3.0 card. 🙁

    Hi @monkeymann, thanks for letting us know.. Yes, we do state that ASMedia cards are troublesome with the Tobii EyeX. Apologies for the inconvenience.
