Can anyone tell me why the Tobii API returns “TOBII_PRO_STATUS_SE_CONNECTION_FAILED” suddenly without any good reason?
From the documentation I can read that the Steam Engine failed and the message is “Stream pump failed to process callbacks.”
But what does this actual means?
What are the like reasons for the connection to fail?
If we try to reconnect, then we are connecting fine?
It is related to interfacing to Tobii Pro Nano with firmware 2.41.0-f2dc56e SDK v.1.7.0.1070
Hi @kljensen, The Tobii Pro SDK & Nano Eye Tracker is part of the Tobii Pro business department.
