Hey all,
This morning I upgraded to Windows 10.
My Tobiieyex was working fine in Windows 7 before this. Now it keeps hanging on Initializing..
the lights stay off, I have switched USB 3 ports around a bit and also uninsulated the software and checked if I had the latest USB 3 drivers. To no avail yet.
Hoping someone has a clue as I want to use it tomorrow on my stream of Elite Dangerous again.
Thanks and Merry Christmas!

Is this with the latest EyeX Controller Driver 2.0.0 (included in the latest EyeX software bundle 2.0.2)?
05/01/2016 at 03:42 #4017AnonymousInactiveI’m using Eyex software
controller core version 2.0.3
controller driver version 2.0.0
service version 1.8.0.5941
eyex engine version 1.8.0.5941
eyex config version 3.2.5.325
eyex interaction version 2.0.2.2209
infinite screen extension 1.0.1290– Elite dangerous does not work and an error in infinite screens pops up saying it could not find the configuration file. (Elite dangerous non-steam version).
– Arma 3 works
– Eurotruck simulator 2 works

I think the USB driver date is ok now (2015) but an old version wont uninstall..
Tried to remove all reg entries but even with reg cleaner not successful.I cant install the new drivers now so can also not test if my USB3 drivers would be ok.
Already got support ticket for this.(00368997)

I use USBDevieuw to disable/enable it or just refresh the device, works every time for me.
