After a new tracker installation using the last Tobii EyeX 1.0.0 the device seems to be disconnected and reconnected periodically per about 10 seconds (the tracker icon is disabled and enabled with pop-up message “device is connected”)
Is there any solution for this problem?

are you using a REX device? In that case a firmware upgrade should solve the problem.

yes I’m using a REX device. While trying to upgrade the firmware through Settings it says that it is up to date.
I’m sending the same report to support.

how do you upgrade it manually help i have major probplems with my rex 🙁
it connects and disconnets and sticks on initilazing after i did the calibration witch worked withiout any problems

acually in the tobii eyex software it says firmware version not avalable

1. Run Program Files (x86)\Tobii\Tobii EyeX\Tobii.EyeX.Settings.exe
2. Select “About”
3. Press button “Upgrade firmware”
