    Hello everyone, i’m stuck with a following problem:
    I launch the project with with a SDK level, but when I try to play DesktopExampleMap in the editor – UE4 crashes after a few seconds of freeze.
    I am using UE4 4.21.2 version on Windows 10 18362.239 Build and Tobii_UE4SDK_4.21.0.151.

    I bought the tobii eye tracker to make some games and now really stuck with this. Maybe I did something wrong when installed the plugin, the instructions are quite obscure.
    I unpacked the contents of Tobii_UE4SDK_4.21.0.151 folder into created Plugins folder in my project, as instruction says.

    Hi!

    I haven’t seen this before. Looking at the log it seems there might be a problem with the gaze visualizer when it’s running on your system.
    Have you verified that eye tracking is working in other applications?

    Hi All,

    I am also facing the same issues george had with UE4. I try to run XRexampleMap and DesktopExampleMap and they both crash after I press play. The Tobii HTC VIVE is being used for this project, and I am supposed to use the Tobii XR SDK Unreal. I have followed all the instructions described for Unreal but I still keep receiving this problem.

    Could you please help me?

    The reason this was not working for george was because he had not put the sdk in the proper plugin/tobiieyetracking folder if I remember correctly. The SDK docs has been amended for that reason. I dont know if the updates have been pushed yet though. Contact me on discord if you still have problems.
