ParticipantI have the Tobii Eyetracker 4C, and I’m trying to calibrate it on a desktop PC with two monitors. I want to calibrate it on the largest screen, but when calibrating it defaults to the other regular screen.
I already switched it to be the primary display and nothing changed.
The PC cannot be turned on with just that screen connected so turning the other one off would not work.
Any ideas on how to force the calibration to the screen of my choosing?

ParticipantHi! Did you try running Display Setup in Tobii tray app?

ParticipantYes, and it always tries to calibrate the same screen regardless of the position of the display and which one is the primary.

ParticipantI mean this menu. Did you try to use it (the buttons on the sides allow you to move the tracker between screens)? Tobii Tray -> Display Setup

ParticipantYes, after clicking that same menu option, that screen only appears on the left screen (and I wish to calibrate it on the right screen).

ParticipantOk. Did you try clicking on this button?

ParticipantThat button does not appear for me. (I would feel very silly if I had missed an obvious button like that)

ParticipantI reported it to the developers who work on this feature. They will look into it and may want to contact you to collect some debug info.

ParticipantThank you very much. Whatever I can do to help.
