Hi,
I have a problem connecting my Tobii eye tracker to my pc. Once I connect the device to the pc, the message “Updating eye tracker firmware…” appears. After a while, The message box titled “USB connection problem” appears. The message says that the eye tracker seems to have difficulties communicating with this USB3.0 port.
My pc window is updated window 7 and the USB port is Etron USB 3.0 and it is up to date. I checked all the drivers update according to FAQs and they are all up to date. but the problem still exists. Can help me troubleshoot the problem?24/03/2015 at 16:15 #2745Konstantin [Tobii]MemberHi Min!
Could you contact our support directly, I think in your case we might need to do some deeper troubleshooting.

EDIT: I too have updated drivers, tried with drivers from ASrock and from Etron themselves, which were both version 1.0.0.115 from 7/20/2012
