Hi guys any update on this? Having the same problem on my Alienware 17r4… everything was working good until I had a malware and reinstalled windows… after that I cant set up Windows Hello. Its telling me that it “Couldn’t Turn on the Camera” .. please help

Hi @darhus, Just an update on the issue with Windows Hello.
Following the recent Fall Creators Update, the problem has been identified as due to an general
issue within Windows , not related to the Tobii software.

Accordingly, we are awaiting resolution from Microsoft. Hopefully this should get sorted out soon.
