Hello.
I’m working on an app where multiple people can use, so i want to include the calibration system. But when i try “c:\Program Files (x86)\Tobii\Tobii EyeX Config\Tobii.EyeX.Configuration.exe” –quick-calibrationI get “Tobii EyeX Configuration Application Unhandled exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object”.
Ps : this is after plugin the tobii4C and creating a profile

Normally the quick calibration call is reliable. It may be worth completely uninstalling the Tobii Software (you can use RevoUninstaller) and reinstalling the latest version which you can download @
Failing that, if you could kindly provide details of your system to see if it’s possible we can replicate the error. Best wishes.
Also, it may be the case that quick calibration may only be ran once a full ‘regular’ calibration is setup for each new profile, please check this out.
