I can not run Tobii.EyeX.Settings after upgrading Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. Although software developed earlier are still running. I have updated Tobii EyeX driverswithout any luck.

I have been using EyeX tracker on Windows 10, Tobii EyeX Interface application works fine.
15/11/2015 at 01:11 #3752Pradipta BiswasParticipantI installed the Tobii EyeX driver, do I need to install anything else?
15/11/2015 at 01:21 #3753Vijay RajannaParticipantTobii EyeX Installer Bundle 1.5.5
On this page – http://developer.tobii.com/downloads/
15/11/2015 at 01:28 #3754Pradipta BiswasParticipantYes, I installed that but after installation it shows an error message saying ‘Can not find required system info’ and fails to start the EyeX settings
15/11/2015 at 12:48 #3756Pradipta BiswasParticipantHere is the error message
15/11/2015 at 18:56 #3757Vijay RajannaParticipantThis looks like an interesting issue. Though I use Windows 10, I have never received such errors.
I guess some other installations might be conflicting with tobii binaries, or it is a driver issue.16/11/2015 at 10:21 #3763Konstantin [Tobii]MemberHi!
It would be great if you could send us log files from the systems, having issues.
Open the “About” tab in EyeX and then “troubleshoot guide”.Use the contact form to send them to our support: http://www.tobii.com/xperience/support/

16/11/2015 at 11:14 #3765Pradipta BiswasParticipantHi Konstantin
I can not open the EyeX Software. In fact the Tobii service is crashing, when I restarted it from Service Manager, it is generating the above error message.

16/11/2015 at 11:17 #3766Konstantin [Tobii]MemberOK,
in that case you can take the entire folder here (c:\programdata\tobii) and put it into a .zip file and send it to us, as mentioned above./Konstantin

I’m facing the same problem.
But for mine, with Windows 8.1.
So, please let me know, too.
Thank you.22/11/2015 at 13:55 #3807Pradipta BiswasParticipantHi, I explained the solution in the following post http://developer.tobii.com/community/forums/topic/updated-to-windows-10-having-trouble-setting-up-eyex-device/#post-3786
23/11/2015 at 02:32 #3809Tatsunori MiyamotoParticipantHi Pradipta,
Thank you for your advice but unfortunately it didn’t work for me.
The another message was saying ‘Object reference not set to an instance of an object’.
I suppose Tobii wasn’t installed in my PC well.
If it’s so, what should I do to install? Thanks
25/11/2015 at 13:24 #3822Pradipta BiswasParticipantPerhaps get the latest drivers from – http://developer.tobii.com/downloads/, uninstall all previous installation and reinstall again.. Sorry, it sounds naive, or you can wait for Tobii guys to fix their driver
