I can not run Tobii.EyeX.Settings after upgrading Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. Although software developed earlier are still running. I have updated Tobii EyeX driverswithout any luck.

I installed the Tobii EyeX driver, do I need to install anything else?

Yes, I installed that but after installation it shows an error message saying ‘Can not find required system info’ and fails to start the EyeX settings

This looks like an interesting issue. Though I use Windows 10, I have never received such errors.
I guess some other installations might be conflicting with tobii binaries, or it is a driver issue.

    Hi!
It would be great if you could send us log files from the systems, having issues.
Open the “About” tab in EyeX and then “troubleshoot guide”.

Use the contact form to send them to our support: http://www.tobii.com/xperience/support/

    Hi Konstantin

I can not open the EyeX Software. In fact the Tobii service is crashing, when I restarted it from Service Manager, it is generating the above error message.

    OK,
in that case you can take the entire folder here (c:\programdata\tobii) and put it into a .zip file and send it to us, as mentioned above.

    Hi,

    I’m facing the same problem.
But for mine, with Windows 8.1.
So, please let me know, too.
    Thank you.

    Hi Pradipta,

Thank you for your advice but unfortunately it didn’t work for me.
The another message was saying ‘Object reference not set to an instance of an object’.
I suppose Tobii wasn’t installed in my PC well.
If it’s so, what should I do to install?

    Thanks

Perhaps get the latest drivers from – http://developer.tobii.com/downloads/, uninstall all previous installation and reinstall again.. Sorry, it sounds naive, or you can wait for Tobii guys to fix their driver
