I installed the device on my computer and every thing was working perfectly. I then restarted my computer only to find out that the tracked stopped working correctly and disconnected every 5 sec when in use. I tried everything, from uninstalling the software to completely reinstalling the drivers (USB and Eyex). I can’t calibrate it or update it since the software only give ”sorry we couldn’t fetch the update” as an error message.

This sounds like it could be an issue with an aggressive Antivirus or firewall application… maybe you can try deactivating any such software and report back if the behaviour persists?24/06/2016 at 17:02 #5358Vincent GourdeauParticipant
Actually, I found out it was my Asmedia USB bus controller, that for some unknown reason, couldn’t provide enough power after what I think was a firmware update. I added a new USB controller and everything is working correctly.29/06/2016 at 18:43 #5369Grant [Tobii]Keymaster
