I just purchased Tobii Eye Tracker 5. I downloaded the driver from the website and Tobii Experience from Windows Store. When everything is installed I try to launch it, a black screen with ‘Tobii Experience’ at the top shows up with my cursor loading, it stays like that for 10 seconds and then disappears. I can see the software still running in the task manager.
I tried all the help articles of full reinstallation using Revo, using .bat file and uninstalling TeamViewer and Vmware VM’s but nothing seems to be working. I can’t get to the setup screen.
