Hello Alexander,
Which version of unreal are you using?
Did you try to start the project from the .uproject file?
Did you got the plugin inside the Plugin folder on your Project directory?
First time running the project with tobii, or did you get to make it work before?
Any other detail that you can think of would be helpfull to see if i can help you,
