Hi @wail and thanks for your query. Whilst we can provide for you an older version of the now deprecated EyeX SDK, unfortunately we cannot give out 1.x version of the Tobii EyeX Engine due to security concerns. Please check your PM for a link to the older (and most recent) EyeX SDK Files.
Please bear in mind that we do not promote the use of third party bindings around our own SDK, however as the developer of the project you cited seems still active, we would suggest you get in touch with him to ask about the possibility to update their code as this may be your best bet.
