Hi Ghostychan, im glad to have been of some help. your post inspired me to open up my monitor, i followed your breakdown instructions earlier this afternoon. The actual fix only took a couple of minutes, most of the time was spent trying to open the monitor and the end result is, it is now working perfectly, so i recomend to anyone who has the same problem, to do the same. It seems to me that neither Asus nor Tobii want to take responsibility for bad workmanship. Thanks man.
