Hi @moreno, can you launch HTC’s own SRanipal SDK? ie without going via Tobii.. it sounds like the installation has failed at that level. I assume you went through their guide @ https://forum.vive.com/topic/5642-sranipal-getting-started-steps/
We have listed here most of the steps that one can try for successful operation, so might be worth posting on HTC own forum as well to see if a local developer can add their comments.
