The optical parameter in the eye tracker, such as wavelength, have been carefully optimized for maximum eye tracking system performance. I’m afraid they are not possible to modify.
It would be interesting to know what hand-tracking devices you are integrating with. We have previously experimented with Leap Motion v1 and Kinect for Windows v1, without noticing any interference effects.
