Ok I solved the issue, thanks to this post: http://developer.tobii.com/community/forums/topic/how-beefy-should-a-network-host-for-the-gaze-sdk-be/
The issue was that I was not giving the extra power to the ExpressCard. With the extra power, it seems to work perfectly (although some other posts are saying that there is a bandwidth issue with the embedded chip of this ExpressCard).
