We lost track of this feature request for a while.
We are now considering adding this feature to the EyeX SDK. Adding only the device serial number should be straight forward, but to introduce a whole Device Info struct/class would require quite some effort, so I would like to have your input on this.
What are your thoughts? Would it be fine getting just the device serial number, or is it very important to get additional device info as well? If additional information is important to make your features, what would be the essential device info you would need?
