trying to install Tobii Eye X device, I´ve downloaded the tobbi eye tracker core soft (version 2.13 x86 as it´s the only available for download, I have windows 10 home single language x64 OS) but I´m not able to finish the installation, an error windows appears saying Sorry not able to install and the “help” button is not letting me know what it´s happening.
Can you help me on this, sharing other core soft version exe files with me to find one that works or for x64 systems? I have c++ redistributable 2010 to 2015 installed on my computer, not sure how to get a log file to share with you for support.
This is very frustrating….
