Hi @sonic, we have tried testing the EyeX against the latest Tobii Core Software and we have not reproduced the issue I am afraid.
However, a possible workaround is to disable “HID”, or Windows built in Eye Control features (on-screen keyboard, text to speech… which uses gaze input)
This is done in Device Manager. Disable “Tobii Device” and “Tobii Eye Tracking HID”
Not particularly elegant I know, but perhaps of use to you.
