I should have mentioned I was able to get it to say “Updating eyex controller firmware”, but when I bring up the eyex settings it never finds the tracker when “searching for eye tracker”. Installing a newer driver, then rebooting at least gets it that far, but it’s the same effect whether I use the latest or some of the slightly older versions I found.
