Accuracy and precision of tobii x120

Hello,

We have a Tobii x120. In the 2-3 years we have had this tracker its only been used a small number of times. We recently got this out to run an academic research study, however we noticed the accuracy and precision of the tobii relevant to the data shown was off by 1.5CM . A tobii reports that this should fall within 0.5mm

We have brought a tobii expert in to look into this (however not from tobii) and they found no issues with the set up or calibration but something else (unknown). Also the accuracy is more inaccurate on the right side of the screen then the left.
Has anybody experienced this issue or has a solution for how to improve the accuracy.
