There seems to be a bug with detecting User Presence in Unity 2019 LTS. Sometimes when I launch Unity, User Presence always returns Not Present even though I am able to get gaze information. The only way I am able to actually get User Presence to be recognized is by closing and relaunching Unity. This bug seems to randomly pop up and at the moment I’m not able to give you better steps to reproduce the bug.
