Can I use the EyeX SDK in GPL licensed projects?

I’m asking this because the EyeX SDK license agreement says I cannot use the SDK to run code which logs my eye-tracking to some persistent storage or a network (essentially it should only be used interactively). I’m not sure if having this limitation is GNU-GPL compatible, i.e. whether I can use the SDK in GPL-licensed code. Am I correct?

Hi @ioanch, I suspect that the limitation on data usage is indeed in conflict with the GNU-GPL agreement.

However for clarity I would recommend that you kindly get in touch with the Tobii licencing team directly
