Hi
When I install the software then plug in the scanner it asks me to create a profile and when I do that the red lights come on briefly and it says “this is your eyes” on the screen and then it comes up with this error which says it cant create the profile.

Sometimes it also shows this error too.

Basically it doesnt work. I have tried rebooting and re-installing the software and running the updates but it still errors the same. Any ideas please.

The errors you are seeing are likely due to connection problems, where the USB 3.0 port is not working correctly together with your device.
