Error Message: Virtual function call

Hello!

I get a error message periodically when I have the EyeX developer device connected to my computer.
Popup: Micrsoft C++ Runtime Library
Program: C:\Program Files …
R6025 – Pure virtual function call

I get this a few times per workday. And after it i get a message that EyeX service had to close. Then the option to restart it.

it would be great if you could provide us with some log files.
Please do like this, open EyeX, select the “About” tab, click “Diagnostics guide”, and select “Collect diagnostic data”.
