Hello, I am using Tobbi X2-30 eyetracker. and using MATLAB binding for development. Problem is: I found some people (not all) for whom eyes are not even detected by eyetracker. I tried various illuminations, positions over multiple sittings. but for those specific persons, eyes were not detected in any situation. Note, for others eyetracking works flawlessly. what could be the issue for this failure?

In any event, failure to detect eyes in certain individuals may be linked to a number of factors such as particularly thick glasses, heavy makeup, droopy eyelids, facial piercings, etc so worth taking a look at these factors.
