While it seems like calibration and everything is working just fine, in the tobii software, it does not enable gaze trace function and eventually does not stream any positional data over to my Processing application. Can someone help please?
Initially, it Gaze trace worked, but when I tried to setup different user calibration, it stopped working suddenly and does not work again09/12/2019 at 12:24 #12452Grant [Tobii]KeymasterHi @sl2820, the Gaze Trace Feature is part of the Tobii core Software running in the system tray icon and is not part of the Stream Engine and unfortunately cannot be called programmatically, only via the Tobii Experience Settings. It should certainly work between different user calibrations however.. have you tested launching the gaze trace manually after different user calibration?
