I’m transitioning to Tobii from a TrackIR and in head tracking, Tobii is really “sloppy” feeling on pitch and forward/backward movement. Is there any way to tweak this or improve it? I’ve calibrated 5 times now in different lighting conditions and it hasn’t helped.
Hi @jp0w, sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, there is not much more than can be done to improve the performance beyond what you already done is improving lighting conditions (ie removing sources of strong IR light such as open windows or spotlight) and improving calibration. Performance may also be increased by removing facial jewellery or heavy makeup. How is the eye tracking performance for accuracy and speed?
