    Please add the option in tobii experience to disable the sleep mode that the tracker goes into when it does not detect eyes looking at the screen, i use two monitors and dont always look at my main screen which results in the tobii 5 going to sleep and will not always wake itself up requiring a pc reboot to get it back on.

    i have reinstalled the software a few times including on a clean os and also prevented my usb hubs and devices from going to sleep in my device manager. however since the latest updates it still puts itself to sleep.

    please add a manual button to prevent this from happening in the experience.

    I personally do not think it a problem at all. Switching it off and then on again in the experience app / restart tobii’s services / replug the eye tracker will all bring it back to work again. Reboot is not required.
