Hi,
With the Tobii 5 plugging in, when I cold boot my laptop or restart it, the device is not recognized sometimes. I have to unplug and plug in the device multiple times before it is recognized. I’m running Windows 10.

Hi @sprasad1, sorry to hear about your troubles. This sounds like an issue which you should raise directly with the Tobii Tech Team so they can arrange a remote session and look in greater depth at your hardware/software configuration.
That being said, a USB device that is intermittently connected can occur on any device and accordingly there are several things you can try to fix this as outlined on the following page that I found for you: https://www.online-tech-tips.com/computer-tips/usb-device-not-recognized
I would recommend trying this out first and thereafter contacting Tobii Tech @ https://help.tobii.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
