I purchased the Tobii Eye Tracker 5 for my project at the university. However, despite doing everything specified in the Tobii Pro SDK documentation, I could not get gaze data with Python. I could only get the name and serial number of the device.
Later, when I reviewed the Tobii Pro SDK documentation, I saw information that Tobii Eye Tracker 5 is not supported by this SDK.
Is this correct? If so, why was this not stated on the product page, did I buy this product for nothing.
