Hi,
I have a video.tsv file and a corresponding video.mp4 file. The video.mp4 was already processed by the Tobii software and shows the gaze point in the video. Now I want to have gaze data and video in another application. I load the video.mp4 file and sync the video time in ms to the “Recording timestamp” in the video.tsv but the gaze points do no match.
In the video.tsv file I am using the “Recording timestamp” as it would be the video timestamp, is that incorrect? If so what would be the correct way?
Hi @amazonasmann and thanks for your query. From your question, it sounds like you are working with Tobii Pro Lab? This software is part of the Tobii Pro business department whilst this forum is intended for support with the Tobii Tech Consumer level eye trackers (4C, Eyex, etc) and their associated SDK’s.
Please get in touch with Tobii Pro Support team directly @ http://www.tobiipro.com/contact/contact-support/ for an answer to your query.
Apologies for the inconvenience and thanks for your understanding.
