Unable to connect to the Tobii tracker on Alienware r4

Hi.
It seems that Infinite Screen Extension has some problems with waking up of computer.
Example – I set it to work with Arma 3. All is fine. However, if I would distract for something and computer will go to sleep mode, I always have “unable to connect” error after waking up. But eye tracker is still working and “windows hello” recognizes me. It should be extension problem.
The only solution I’ve found so far – to reboot a PC.

Hi @alexkrug80, did you try entering the device manager and ensuring that for both the Tobii device and your USB hub that the setting to ‘disable this device to save power’ is disabled? Also, might be worth having a look at your power settings within the control panel.
