Hey there I have an older REX unit 2013 and i’m trying to upgrade the firmware to USB HID. I am using the latest and i’m trying to load it through the EyeX windows application.
This is the firmware I am attempting to load
Tobii REX Firmware 1.2.4 – for USB-HIDI receive the following error:
“It seems that the file you selected was not valid. Please make sure that you have selected a valid firmware package”
