Yes, you can use the Tobii Gaze SDK with the Tobii EyeX Controller on Windows 7, but we encourage you to use the EyeX SDK for development since the EyeX Engine does a lot of the heavy work such as calibration, screen setup and profile managment for you. The EyeX Engine also provides high level interaction mechanisms which is not trivial to implement yourself.
