Perhaps I’m just in the old case of “try to fix it so hard you end screwing it all up”.
I’m afraid it might be because FreeTrack “should just work” in ED – zero configuration needed (I’m not even sure you can “unbind” it in ED).
I would advise you to reset your controller configuration to default (as I guess you’ve already done) and then check out the last error message (at the bottom of the file) in the latest ISE log:
