To be clear, I assume you refer to the Tobii System tray icon as the applet?
I wonder if this happens again on another USB Port?
It even happens on totally different computers for other people:
Have you restarted the computer since the update?
Also, I assume you are working with the 4C?
No, as I wrote in the thread subject: the original Tobii EyeX.
Some additional system specs would also be good to have including any USB3 Hubs you might be using.
