Active Window Scroll Wheel vs. Touchpad

Why can’t this setting be adapted to a mouse scroll wheel? Most people using these devices are using them with a computer monitor with a standard scroll wheel mouse. Doesn’t seem like it would be hard for this to work for a scroll wheel.

I shall create the appropriate feature request and pass it along to the developers for consideration
and try to provide you with some feedback.

Thank you very much, this is the main reason I bought this. But the fact that the feature is hamstrung by the touchpad makes a huge difference in increasing productivity.
